The group celebrates, but Kamijou Touma, Index, and Lessar start to glow, and begin to return to their world. He manages to defeat the impostor, and does not disappear due to the impostor disappearing. Kamijou Touma says it doesn't matter, and decides to fight the impostor anyways since he was trying to harm his friends. She then mentions that since Kamijou Touma is the data source of the impostor, defeating the impostor could possibly make him disappear as well. Mobius soon arrives and explains that the impostor was created when Kamijou Touma entered ALICE, as the ability of his hand caused a bug that transformed into a copy of him with his abilities.

An impostor Kamijou Touma appears and claims responsibility, and expresses a desire to delete everything. In the meantime, they take a look at some of Sei Shōnagon's work on Pixls, but soon find it disappearing. Lessar apologizes for attacking and offers to help them find a way home. They try hacking her to fix the data, and she regains her memories. The adapter notices she has corrupted data, and relays this information to Kamijou Touma. There, he notices Lessar, but she doesn't recognize him and starts attacking him. After clearing up the misunderstanding, Sei Shōnagon and the adapter try bringing him and Index to Crypt Gate to see if there is any information they can get. They ended up inside Sei Shōnagon's house, where she initially viewed them as thieves. When he went to a VR attraction with Index, something happened that transported him and Index to ALICE. His right hand has the ability to nullify magic and special abilities. Kamijou Touma is a character from A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Accelerator.
